We are backed by WASO, the largest online Japanese supermarket in the UK.

WASO is the UK’s largest online Japanese food specialist, proudly headquartered in London and officially registered since 2014. With over 120,000 successful deliveries since 2015, we have built extensive experience in serving individual customers through our direct-to-consumer platform.

In May 2025, we launched our B2B service to support restaurants, retailers and food service providers across the UK – from independent ramen shops to large-scale hospitality operators. Our mission is simple: to introduce more people in the UK to the rich and lesser-known flavours of Japan.

We operate from a 12,000 sqf warehouse in London, managing over 2,000 Japanese SKUs, including 500 private-label items – many of which are developed in-house under the supervision of Michelin-starred chef Fumiya Kase (L'orgueil, Tokyo) and Hideki Hiwatashi, the Executive Head Chef at 2 Michelin-starred Roan Kikunoi in Kyoto. These chef-curated, ready-to-serve products are designed to help professional kitchens deliver authentic Japanese dishes with minimal preparation.

We offer same-day delivery within London using our own fleet, and next-day delivery nationwide via DPD and DHL – 7 days a week, including weekends.
